What you would need to send us is the code displayed on screen for example a bios code would be #335GH2J-595B or #345FG4J-2A7B or for HDD #349JK897L21-595B these codes are essential for me to generate the password so please be careful and double check all characters are correct and put that code in order comments .
Although this service has been used to generate hundreds if not thousands of sucessful reset codes on the odd occasion it does not work due to certain bios revisions and for this reason we guarantee if it does to work we will fully refund you with no hassle.
